Starting at the high end, AWM2300™ Waxy Maize is highly-branched and extremely complex and comes in at 200,000 g/mol, next in order of complexity is the Rice and Potato starch, while lower in inclusion rates, they are also very high on the molecular weight scale, and range between 80,000 and 120,000 g/mol, CCD™: Clustered Cyclic Dextrin is derived from Waxy Maize (Amylopectin) and has a molecular weight of 60,000 g/mol and finally, DE-5™: Dextrin is the least complex coming in at 45,000 g/mol; all far larger and more complex than the monosaccharides Glucose, Dextrose or Fructose which is 180 g/mol.

1 Scoop: Add 8 oz (1cup, 240ml) of cold water to your shaker per serving (28g = 1 Scoop) of CARBION+, seal your shaker and shake immediately upon adding CARBION+.
2 Sccops: For 2 Scoops (56g = 2 Scoops) use 16 oz (2 cups, 480ml) of cold water. Additional water can be added if desired.
DURING TRAINING: Use 1 to 2 servings of CARBION+ and sip throughout your workout or endurance event. Maintains high energy levels and dramatically limits muscle breakdown.
PRE-WORKOUT: Use 1 or 2 servings of CARBION+ 30 minutes before training. Provides immediate available energy to power your workout.*
POST-TRAINING: Use 1 to 3 servings immediately following training, race or event, 1 serving for every 30 minutes of intense activity. Rapidly and completely refills depleted liver and muscle glycogen stores, supports tissue and muscle repair. Quickly enhances overall recuperation.
